For Immediate Distribution, We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Eric Meadows, who joins our team at Lithionics as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing, effective February 12th, 2024. Eric brings with him invaluable experience from his tenure at GE and Schneider Electric, where he demonstrated exemplary leadership and accomplished remarkable achievements. During his tenure at Schneider Electric, Eric served in various capacities, most recently as the Vice President of Sales for the electrical equipment division. His strategic acumen and leadership prowess were instrumental in leading multi-billiondollar sales and commercial teams, contributing significantly to the division’s growth and profitability. His career journey began at GE Energy, where he held various positions across multiple locations. Eric completed GE’s Operations Management Leadership Program and worked his way up through several key roles, including Manager of Manufacturing Operations & Lean Leader in supply chain operations. After working in 6 manufacturing sites in the US and in Mexico, he transitioned to the commercial function as a Sales Project Manager and later Beyond his professional achievements, Eric is an active member of the community, volunteering with SCORE, a non-profit small business advisory group, and supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) and various mentorship and education charitable events. He and Taylor, his wife, will be relocating to the Tampa area with three Nashville-born children (Preston, Eli, & Sterling). After family activities, Eric enjoys watching football & MMA, and stays active by golfing, boxing, & running. We are privileged to have Eric join our team as the newest member of Lithionics. His extensive experience and dynamic leadership will undoubtedly further elevate our product strategies and drive growth that will benefit our customers. For Immediate Distribution, Bill has a remarkable track record across multiple industries, previously having held key positions in reputable organizations such as Director of Engineering for Odyne Systems, Co-Founder and Director of Engineering for Volta Power Systems, and Chief Engineer at Johnson Controls. Notably, at Johnson Controls, Bill designed electric vehicle ion battery packs and led engineering teams, demonstrating his leadership and technical prowess. Prior to these roles, Bill’s career included positions at Continental Automotive, Motorola, and Lear Corporation, where he consistently delivered innovative solutions and led successful engineering teams. Bill’s unparalleled expertise in automotive/commercial vehicle electrical and battery systems aligns seamlessly with both Winnebago and Lithionics vision for our future. His proven track record of innovation and leadership will play a crucial role in steering Lithionics towards new heights of success. We believe that Bill’s strategic vision, coupled with his hands-on experience in the lithium battery industry, will significantly contribute to our ongoing initiatives and projects. His deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies will further enhance our position as a leader in safe, dependable products. Prior to his new position at Lithionics, Bill was Chief Engineer for Winnebago Advanced Technology Group (ATG). During his tenure at Winnebago ATG, Bill played a pivotal role in the development and release of the Winnebago eRV, showcasing his knowledge in cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies.
