In addition to safety, Lithionics Battery® is dedicated to quality. Every product and lithium battery system we produce is 100% quality tested to ensure your battery system is ready to use as soon as you receive it. With our propriety load bank and datalogging software, we are able to certify and document your battery capacity, power delivery, and protective Battery Management System features to ensure you receive the capacity and performance you purchased.

Testing

Lithionics Battery® utilizes advanced quality testing methods such as FLIR thermal imaging, cell impedance checking, and load & capacity testing. These test methods ensures manufacturing and performance quality for your every day use. These test results consist of thousands of data points measured and recorded for quality assurance and can be compared to future test results to analyze battery health.
